Sincerely Donald Spence I just wanted to say a few words about my well being since starting my treatment with you. The reason I came to you in the first place was pains I was experiencing in my neck, shoulders, arms and back. Due to this state I was getting very little sleep, and it was very distressing for me. But since my treatment I am sleeping for much longer and have even started dreaming again. My appetite has also returned (i.e. for breakfast was never considered until now), my urine flow is much stronger and not a trickle as before. As you know I have been doing some physical work (i.e. DIY) as adverse to sitting in front of my computer all day and sometimes nights too, and this may have contributed to my turn around. But I know the main reason for my improved health is due to your treatment and advice on how to stay fit. Last but not least you are always ready to listen to how to I am feeling and act upon it.

I had a three-month intensive treatment at the Finchley Back Care Centre on my neck, back and lower back. Before I came to you, I had restricted movement in my neck and pins-and-needles down to my hands. My back had trapped a nerve for years due to a bad experience with another type of therapy. The final straw was going through some major stress in my life. My energy level was so low, that it affected me everyday, for example, housework and in keeping a regular routine with having children as well. My immune system became weak due to getting colds often and cuts, grazes and bites took along time to heal. I also became depressed over my health. Before I came to you, I resorted to homeopathic medicine, aromatherapies, natural healing remedies - you name it and reflexology. My reflexologist said my problems were chronic and were coming from my spine and that a specialist needed to be sought. That's when I came to Finchley Back Care Centre. I kept up my visits and exercises in which I think had a lot to do with my results. Since my visits, my energy has shot up and I feel physically and mentally stronger than before. My family and friends have seen lots of change in me - for the better! Lastly, I want to thank you Carrie so much for the treatment and that you knew very well what and when it would take me to get well, when I sometimes had my doubts because of the occasional twinges I used to get through the treatment. I've actually never felt this better before. What I found is, is that when being treated for a problem, you realise later that it has treated other problems without knowing it. Since moving away I have not been able to keep up with the treatment plan. Whilst under your care my periods were regular and not painful, unfortunately they are back to the way they used to be. When I am next in London, which will be in the near future, I will not hesitate coming to see you for a little fix. Thanks for everything Suzy Cooper Ebony was just five months old when she was diagnosed with asthma, for months we spent weeks in and out of hospital and giving her pump after pump, not to mention the steroids and nebulisers she had to have every time she had the slightest cold. Then Ebony's grandmother found out that the chiropractor could possibly help by giving her slight spinal adjustments. We began attending Finchley Back Care Centre about 2 months ago and now Ebony leads a normal life of a two year old. She can run about to her hearts content without getting out of breath, and we no longer have to endure the upset of having to give her Asthma pumps three times a day. Ebony now enjoys coming along for her visits to the Back Care Centre, the treatment she receives causes her no distress or pain.
